Ensuring safe environments is a priority for everyone. In 2025, safety became increasingly important due to the complexity and scale of security threats when organizing gatherings of people. Safety planning and preferences were at the forefront of logistical considerations.

We received inquiries from clients regarding various security options, ranging from unarmed de-escalators to armed security personnel and plainclothes security. This required us to approach the issue from multiple perspectives, ensuring the safety of organizational leaders while collaborating with partners who have security details. We also focused on creating and mapping out our own security and safety protocols. 

Today, safety remains a top priority in the political and community landscape.
